haku is committed to building a platform that meets the highest levels of accessibility standards. To do so, we take the following measures:

• Include accessibility throughout our internal policies
• Provide continual accessibility training for our staff across all departments
• Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities
• Use formal accessibility quality assurance measures
• Undergo a yearly audit process with Level Access, who specialize in enabling technology platforms to offer barrier-free access to people with disabilities.

haku strives to meet and maintain compliance with the highest level of accessibility standards. We do so by using accessible web design practices that are grounded upon elements of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 (which may include Levels A, AA, and AAA).

We are continually working to be in compliance with the latest WCAG guidelines and are striving toward compliance with the updated standards 3.0.
